TURN ‘N’ BURN

Dear Barrel Racers,

Thank you for attending the 2009 BEEHIVE TURN N BURN!  I hope you all  got home safely.  I appreciate everyone who toughed out the bad weather (especially Saturday) to support this race.  In TRUE BEEHIVE TURN N BURN tradition, we had a tie run off for the Circle J 2H Bronco Trailer.  Liz Martin, #29, set the target time early Sunday morning by running the exact same time!  Nancy Helming, #189, didn't let Liz off the hook when she came in and ran the exact same time also!   After the run off, it was Liz that went home with a new trailer and Nancy received the Dale Chavez headstall.

A BIG THANKS to Neisha, Joan, Jay, Jeff, Janae, Lisa, Jackie, KyRae, Abbie and Gibb.  And to Jake for keeping the ground in top form all weekend.

2008 Results

Novice barrel racer 15 year old Kohlette Dubray from Eureka, Nevada Won the Circle J Outback Plus 2 Horse Bumper Pull Trailer in a run off with Shealee Leifson. Both had .008 difference. This was Kohlette's 3rd barrel race ever entered, congratulations!
