2. Credit Card - 2 payment Plan: available through March 18, first payment upon entry, second payment will automatically process April 1, 2026.

Stalls and RV Reservations open Mid March
Indoor stalls sell out quickly, there are plenty of outdoor pens.
All stall detail handled by Wasatch County. 

 

GENERAL INFO:

• $15 fee per rider for insurance, SaddleBook, barrel setters & other operating costs.  

• Late high stakes entries will run in the open and carry back.

• Vet-out / Dr Release Rule: Email release to ubra.ut@gmail.com. You must notify the office before your draw spot runs. 

• Dr/Vet Outs 70% of entry fee will be refunded with Dr/Vet release. 

• Dr/Vet out refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event. 

• No refunds for Futurity Entry Fees.  See rules for buy out details.

• Futurity horse mandatory check in Friday 4/17 Noon - 4:00 pm in the indoor holding pen.
   

• 8:00-3:30 Time Only Presold Through SaddleBook $5 Ea.
  1/2-hour time only slots reserved for futurity horses throughout Friday.
  Reserved slots will show availability upon futurity entry.
   

• 3:30 - 4:30 Open Arena (Tentative)
   

• 5:00 pm No Dress Code for Open.
